e waterproofing kit arrived quickly, I fitted it but discovered it wasn’t working, turns out my USB cable was the issue. I contacted them and mentioned this and they are sending out a new USB cable to fix the issue. Very good customer service.

Used the waterproof pack for the first time on Saturday September 10th. It of course rained, being in Cumbria. The pack kept the water out of the charging port, so it did the job it was designed to do. Very good product, I hope the long-term use of pack will be equally successful.
